experiential workshops provide under-standings and
techniques to achieve these goals These include
informative lecture, group sharing, music, dances of
universal peace, transformative breath work, the
angel-wash, and self-growth sessions. Self-growth
sessions utilize light hypnosis and include past
life regressions, accessing your soul's wisdom,
and/or the life review techniques.

Component Descriptions
My workshops can be
tailor-made to your groups needs by choosing any of the
following:
1. Past Life Regressions:
Dr. Pitstick was trained and certified by Brian
Weiss, M.D. to conduct explorations into another
time and place under hypnosis. Find valuable
insights from the past to transform your life for
the better today.
2. "Ask Your Soul" session:
Under deep hypnosis, ask your inner self questions
about guidance and assistance. Evaluate your soul's
progress so far. Are you achieving the goals that
you--as a soul--came here to fulfill? Discover
better "soul-utions" for your life!
3. Life Review Technique:
Uses near-death experience research that shows you don’t have to nearly die
to benefit from a life review. Involves hypnosis,
lucid visualization, and processing.
Experience
vivid imagery of your own death and life review to
discover whether your soul’s missions are being
fulfilled. Get a "soul check-up" to plot your
progress so far and plan your next moves.
4. Transformational Breath Work: Thirty
minutes of deep, continuous abdominal breathing with
background music & affirmations; processing
afterwards and audiotape for home use. Cleanse and
recharge physically, emotionally and spiritually.
Learn new patterns of breathing and energy flow for
more joyous and vital living.
5. General Psycho-Spiritual Counseling:
Discuss your life issues—life work, relationships,
finances, life-purpose, health, etc.—from a holistic
perspective. Reframe your life’s challenges as
valuable lessons and begin to learn in easier, more
joyful ways.
