Questions & Answers
Q: I used your Afterlife Contact Technique and felt my mother’s presence (she passed over 25 years ago). When we contact others on the Other Side, does that mean they have not reincarnated?
A: Thank you for your great question. There are several parts to my understandings about this. First, just because you sensed your mom’s living presence, that doesn’t mean you two met on ‘The Other Side’. She could have met your ‘halfway’ between her realm and earth. (Keep in mind that postmaterial people aren’t a zillion quadrillion miles up in the sky somewhere. That’s archaic thinking but the best people could imagine millennia ago.) Current views are that all life is ‘here and now’; the question is what space-time slice of life do you observe and intend to interact with? Put another way, your mom might have slowed down her higher energy / vibration / frequency and you increased yours during the technique. That allowed you and your mom to be more on the same wavelength during the session.
Second, the average person reincarnates approximately 150 years between earthly experiences so it’s unlikely your mom has reincarnated yet. However, even if she had, only about 40% of a person’s life-force is needed to manifest an earthly visit. As such, other parts of her energy would be available to visit with you.

Q: I wish I had your energy! You are like the Duracell battery bunny that keeps going and going. What is your secret?
A: I see every day as a walk in the woods with Great Spirit and my team of angels, guides, master teachers, and other highly evolved helpers. I invite them in each morning and thank them at the end of the day. Several psychics have independently said ‘Wow, you travel with an army don’t you!’
My self-care and natural health care program for the last 50 years also helps. That includes meditation, yoga, regular exercise, a whole food diet, deep sleep, and loving relationships with kindred spirits. During this time, I have helped many people in various ways; I’m sure that it’s true we get back ten-fold what we give to others.
In a nutshell, this is what works for me but your path is likely different. That’s why I wrote Radiant Wellness: An Optimal Guide for Optimal Body, Mind & Spirit. I encourage you all to peruse this and use action steps that seem relevant for you.
