Radiant Wellness: A Holistic Guide for an Optimal Earthly Experience book.  This is my first book that came out in 1993 as ‘Balanced Living’.  It has been updated over the years to reflect new information and resources for getting and staying well.  In this book, I teach 7 keys to looking, feeling, and being your very best— no matter what your current circumstances.

Many people don’t know how to optimally care for themselves with minimal time, energy, and cost.  As a result, many are chronically tired, ill, overweight, depressed and fatigued.  I know this is the case after helping many thousands of patients in health care settings for 50 years.

A reader in Chile had several great questions that I’ll answer this month:

Q: You say that only about 40% of a person’s life-force is needed to manifest an earthly visit.  Do the souls regain their life force somehow? 

A: I use the term ‘soul’ synonymously with higher self, eternal consciousness, totality of energy, and life force.  These terms indicate that no life-force is or can be lost.  When a soul chooses to visit earth, only about 40% of their total energy is needed to do that.  The rest of a soul’s energy can remain Home / The Really Real Place / Heaven or part of it can have other space-time experiences.

Q: Where do souls get their life force from?  

A: Thank you for these fundamental and very important questions.  As mentioned above, ‘soul’ is another term for ‘life-force; they are ‘the stuff’ that life is made of.  Our energy / consciousness is eternal (never-ending), infinite (ever expanding), and aware.  Earthly experiences help us realize that more deeply so we can relax, enjoy this earthly adventure, and share our greatest gifts with others and the world.  To learn more, see #80 Why Are You on Earth Now? Q: Can my requests to deceased loved ones to stay in touch harm them?
