Note: If you already know the following information scroll down to the article title in maroon below the seven asterisks.  However, I strongly recommend reading this introduction until you really ‘own’ it.  In addition, post The Great News where you’ll see it every day.

Over the last 15 years, and especially during 2019 – 2024, data from a series of experiments at the University of Arizona have definitively demonstrated scientifically that life continues after physical death.  This research was conducted by Gary E. Schwartz PhD, former professor at Harvard and Yale, and pioneer in the fields of behavioral medicine and energy healing.

Dr. Schwartz is assisted in this work by a team of electrical engineers, software developers, research assistants, evidential mediums, and postmaterial luminaries at the Laboratory for Advances in Consciousness and Health.  (To learn more about the SoulPhone Project and lab, visit LACH.Arizona.edu.  To learn about postmaterial luminaries, see article #31 at SoulProof.com)

The Demo SoulSwitch is a binary (Yes / No) SoulSwitch device that postmaterial persons (the so-called ‘deceased’) can use to answer questions, verify their identity, and begin providing information to help many people and our planet.  This device should be ready for beta testing by the summer of 2024.  After sessions with project volunteers and larger donors, we will share data that scientifically demonstrates life continues after bodily death.  However, this ‘reveal’ will initially occur as an ‘incremental trickle’ versus a ‘sudden splash’.   Over time and under optimal conditions, we will gradually amplify how widely this news is shared.

Likewise, demonstrations of this technology will occur in a stepwise fashion.  We anticipate, but cannot guarantee, that full announcements and demonstrations will occur by spring 2025.  These decisions were made in April 2024 after many strategic planning discussions with core project team members.  The many factors involved are much more complex than you might imagine.

See articles #1, 60, and 115 for an overview of the scientific, clinical, and experiential evidence that indicates – with 99.9% certainty – that consciousness survives bodily death.  This collective evidence also shows – with very high degrees of certainty – The Great News that you and everyone else:

  1. continue to live after your earthly body dies.
  2. can interact with ‘departed’ loved ones now and after you pass on.
  3. are integral, infinite, eternal, and beloved parts of Source Energy now and always.
  4. receive guidance and support from angels, guides, master teachers, etc.
  5. are sacredly interconnected with all people, animals, and nature.
  6. have special purposes for having this earthly experience now.
  7. may manifest in other simultaneous time / space realities now and after bodily death.
  8. have everything you need to enjoy an optimal earthly experience – no matter what your past or current circumstances.
  9. can find meaning, as well as opportunities for growth and service, amidst your toughest changes and challenges.
  10. co-create how heavenly your life feels – whether living on earth or elsewhere – by your predominant thoughts, words and actions.
  11. can likely use SoulPhone technology in the future to communicate with postmaterial loved ones and access wisdom from luminaries who can help us heal our world.

Statements #1, 2, and 11 are based on definitive scientific research.  The other statements are based on: (a) clinical research: near-death experiences, past life memories and regressions, perinatal experiences, life between lives sessions, shared crossings, terminal lucidity cases, and deathbed visions; and (b) evidencefrom firsthand experiences: after-death communications, out-of-body experiences, spiritually transformative experiences, electronic voice projection / instrumental transcommunication, and other ways of knowing.

This is, obviously, a new and exciting era for humanity.  When understood and internalized – even just a bit – The Great News can help you make the shift:

  • FROM thinking, believing, and acting as if your time on earth is unfair, meaningless, cruel, and ends with cessation of consciousness or the possibility of endless suffering.
  • TO thinking, believing, and acting as if this earthly experience is a totally meaningful, safe, and magnificent adventure amidst forever.

Conscious language can help you adopt a greater reality perspective and live based on the second bulleted worldview.  And that, in turn, can help you create the greatest life YOU have envisioned, fulfill your purposes for being on earth, serve others, and enjoy a magnificent journey.  In the pursuit of using more conscious / accurate terms, l:

  1. Will use the term ‘YOU’ to describe the totality of your energy / being. Your real self may manifest in different spacetime ways simultaneously since only approximately 50% of your consciousness is needed to have an earthly experience. The term ‘YOU’ recognizes both of these possibilities.
  2. Won’t use the terms ‘die, departed, deceased, or dead’ without single quotation marks since those have strongly entrenched and erroneous meanings indicating an end of life.
  3. Will use the terms ‘bodily death’ and ‘death of the earthly form’ to remind you that only the earth-suit dies. The rest – all the intelligence, love, personality, memories, preferences, sense of humor, and much more – continues living in other parts of the field of all possibilities.
  4. Will use the terms changed worlds, passed on, transitioned and others that aptly describe a continuation of consciousness after bodily death.
  5. Will primarily refer to those who have passed on as postmaterial persons. That term recognizes the points in #3. I also will use soul, consciousness, essence, and awareness.
  6. Will primarily refer to ‘physical humans living on earth’ as material persons. Why? Because those terms within single quotation marks may apply to postmaterial persons.  That is, they can have physicality, visit earth, and are still human in meaningful ways.
  7. Will use the terms lower versus higher energies, emotions, and ways of being. These descriptors are not critical, judgmental, or subjective; rather, they are based on objective measures by, for example, David Hawkins PhD, MD author of Power Versus Force. He and other researchers found that higher-energy emotions of peace, joy, and love calibrate at 600, 540, and 500 respectively.  Conversely, lower-energy emotions of anger, fear, and guilt calibrate at 150, 100, and 30.  To be clear, energy / consciousness is who and what you really are, not just how you are feeling.  Your predominant energies create the quality of your life and the nature of your earthly or other time-space experience.
  8. Will use single quotations marks with words such as ‘lose and fail’.  The Great News and collective afterlife evidence can expand your worldview about what seem to be losses and failures.  We can’t accurately judge the big picture of life – what is lost or how we failed – with our limited human senses.

Note: To recognize and respect different genders and sexual identifications, I will alternate using ‘he’ or ‘she’ and related pronouns.  Depending on a person’s orientation, one, both, or neither of those may apply.

The free articles and radio shows mentioned are available at SoulProof.com.  To learn more about the collective afterlife evidence and The Great News, read Soul Proof, The Afterlife Evidence, Greater Reality Living (co-authored with Dr. Schwartz) and The Big Picture of Life (for ages 10 – 16 written with Schwartz and Katta Mapes MA, MEd).  To experience expanded states of consciousness to optimally heal and transform your life, use audio sessions under Shop at SoulProof.com.

Whole Food Way of Eating and Supplements

The terms whole foods or real food, when referring to plants, refer to:

  1. raised in healthy soil
  2. grown without pesticides and herbicides
  3. not exposed to radiation
  4. eaten fresh or, second best, after being quick frozen

For meat, dairy, and eggs, those terms refer to animals that were:

  1. raised in a pasture versus cooped in a pen (fish, cows, goats, sheep)
  2. wild caught versus pond-raised (fish)
  3. fed what they eat naturally: primarily grass and hay versus corn for cattle, goats, sheep; grubs and insects supplemented by grains for chickens
  4. not fed growth hormones
  5. not given antibiotics except when absolutely needed

Note: the word ‘free range’ can be misleading for eggs and animal products so check details about the actual living conditions of the animals.  ‘Pasture raised’ is the best descriptor for how animals should be raised.

Finally, the term whole food supplements mean nutritional supplements that primarily only contain very healthy plant sources.  They may also contain very small amounts of animal products.  You can learn more about this type of supplement at StandardProcess.com.

Real Food Way of Eating: Healing Phase
This approach is needed as a person addresses significant health problems, overweight, and imbalances. Strictly follow these guidelines for only 90 days. Most people can then graduate to the Wellness Phase that involves eating healthfully 90 – 95% of the time.  (That means you can occasionally eat small amounts of whatever you want.)

This phase is low in sugar. Why? Excess sugar can cause overweight, inflammation, insulin resistance, metabolic syndrome, increased cholesterol and triglyceride levels, diabetes, and increased microorganism growth. Heavy metals and chemicals reside inside these microorganisms and are also stored in fat. Excess carbs – as you know – are converted to sugar that, in turn, may be stored as fat. That’s why.

I recommend green powders, protein powders, and protein bars from Standard Process, Garden of Life, or Vibrant Living.

Guidelines:

  • Eat fresh and unprocessed foods that are chemical-free, non-GMO, and healthfully raised.
  • Read labels and AVOID the following: sugar, wheat, soy, corn, hydrogenated oils, artificial sweeteners, and high fructose corn Also AVOID meat, eggs, or dairy from unhealthily raised sources
  • If it’s not on the list below, don’t eat it for 90 days.

Protein: 2 servings per day

  • Meat: wild caught fish; pasture-raised chicken, turkey, beef, or buffalo; wild No cured meats. Serving size is the size and thickness of your palm.
  • Eggs: 2 – 3 whole eggs plus 1 – 2 egg whites for more protein
  • Dairy: from certified raw or organic, flash pasteurized pasture-raised sources
  • Protein powder from plant or whey for smoothies
  • Protein bars with plant or whey-sourced protein and low carbs
  • Vitality Drink (see below) for plant and seed sources of protein
  • Grain and legume combination for complementary amino acids

Note: Use rice, almond, or coconut milk but not soy

Vegetables: unlimited amounts allowed, but at least 4 – 6 servings per day

  • eat vegetables raw, juiced, steamed, lightly sautéed, or in soups
  • avoid the starchy (high sugar) varieties: white potatoes, corn, yams, peas
  • eat at least one raw vegetable salad per day
  • green powder with a variety of grasses, vegetables, and sprouts
  • for dressing: use cold pressed oil with apple cider vinegar or lemon juice; homemade with organic ingredients; or good brands such as Haines, Annie’s, and Newman’s

Raw Nuts & Seeds: 1 – 2 servings per day of RAW almonds, pecans, walnuts, or macadamia nuts; chia, hemp, pumpkin, sunflower, sesame, and flax seeds.  These are best eaten after soaking for 20 minutes.  Visit TheRawtarian.com for additional information about sprouting.

Healthy Fats: healthy fats and oils: pasture-raised butter, ghee, coconut butter, avocado, eggs; olive, grape seed, walnut, sesame, safflower, and coconut oils

Legumes: adzuki, pinto, black, garbanzo, fava, edamame, soy, red kidney, and lima beans; black eyed peas, lentils.  Dried organic legumes soaked overnight before cooking are better than canned.  Legumes are also great sprouted.

Grains: 0 – 1 serving of grains or legumes per day depending on your health status and weight loss goals.  Organic sprouted grain bread and cereal.  Wheat-free grains, crackers and pasta from brown rice, quinoa, amaranth, or millet.

Fruit: 1 serving per day of low glycemic varieties: raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, and Granny Smith apples

Sweeteners: 0 – 1 serving per day of stevia, xylitol or agave; no artificial sweeteners

Condiments: natural herbs and spices; Borsari and Celtic Sea Salt; no or low sugar brands of mustard, catsup and meat sauces

Beverages: pure water with lemon and lime added if desired; herbal teas; 1 – 2 cups of organic coffee or tea per day

Health Drinks: see ‘Health Drinks’ handout

The real food way of eating is how humans have always eaten until food industries destroyed nutrients and brainwashed consumer choices via advertising. You now have a choice to make. What is more important to you?  Eating the way that is more convenient and temporarily stimulates your taste buds and brain that are addicted to sugar and chemicals? Or making some changes and feeling happy, healthy and energetic again.

Real Food Way of Eating: Wellness Phase

When you are healthy and have reached your desired weight, you are ready for the wellness phase. The keys? Eat the Healing Real Food Way of Eating 90 – 95% of the time.

This lifetime way of eating follows the 90 Day Healing approach 90 – 95% of the time and allows you to enjoy an occasional sweet or junk food.  Your body will let you know if you are eating too much junk too often.  Once you feel great and happy nearly all the time, you can use that yardstick to monitor whether you are sufficiently following dietary and other laws of health.  If your health status and weight allow, you can now have:

  • Occasional starchy carbs: white potatoes, corn, yams, peas
  • Two servings of grains or legumes per day
  • Two servings of fruit per day, primarily low and moderate with occasional high glycemic varieties
  • Dairy products if your weight and health status tolerate them
  • Healthier snacks two or three times a week: fruit sweetened cookies; dark chocolate with 70 percent or higher cocoa content; popcorn; muffins or fruit cobbler made with gluten-free grains, nuts, fruit, and natural sweeteners; potato or sweet potato chips; cold processed whole food bars with about 18 grams of plant or whey protein and 5 net grams of carbs.
  • Junk food rarely: pizza, ice cream, decadent dessert, etc. You’ll feel worse, gain weight, and go backwards in your well-being if you eat too much too often.

Again, if this way of eating sounds boring, just consider what is more important: feeling, looking and being your very best or eating whatever you want and being like the average person?

Health Drinks
The recipes for drinks #1 – 3 below provide high amounts of living nutrients from whole foods.  I drink at least 32 ounces of #1 and #2 almost every day.

– all ingredients should be raw, non-GMO, and organic (chemical free).  These drinks provide a wealth of nutrients in convenient and tasty ways.

–  Amazon.com and ThriveMarket.com are great sources of many of the dry ingredients such as nuts, seeds, powders, and dried fruits.

Whole Food Nutritional Supplementation: Why and What Kind?
Many experts recommend nutritional supplementation, even when a person eats a balanced diet. Supplements are not a substitute for a consistently healthy diet. However, nutrient values of foods have decreased due to top soil deterioration, agribusiness practices, environmental pollution, and food processing, transport and storage practices. Some people also need nutritional supplementation because of deficiencies, health problems, prescription drug side-effects, activity levels, and stress levels.

Even a very healthy person with an optimal diet needs supplementation because of these factors. Besides, how many people eat an excellent diet most of the time? For example, folic acid is most abundant in liver, kale, asparagus, beet greens, wheat bran, endive, spinach, and turnips. When is the last time you ate any of these foods? Gaining optimal nutrition with a healthy diet and whole food supplementation makes sense.

Ensure that your nutritional supplements come from organically raised whole food sources that are lower dosage and more easily digested and absorbed. Whole food nutritional products are highly bio-available, that is, easily used by the body. They contain the entire spectrum of nutrients and co-factors as nature provided.

For example, vitamin C is a complex of several nutrients (organic copper, ascorbic acid, bioflavinoids, P factors, etc.) And vitamin C is just one of many nutrients in an orange. This demonstrates the wisdom of getting nutrients from whole foods, like a chemical-free orange, instead of taking synthetically produced high doses of one isolated factor like ascorbic acid.

Oranges raised with pesticides and herbicides may contain no vitamin C since the plant uses its own anti-oxidant supply to protect itself from the chemicals.  This is just one example why humans function best when they consume the entire range of nutrients in the right amounts and forms that occur naturally.

Nutraceutical supplements—the kind that commercials advertise and most stores sell—are not as dangerous as pharmaceutical drugs, but they do contain high doses of synthetically derived nutrients. They are fractionated and thus contain very few nutrients versus thousands found in whole foods. They often contain chemical coloring, for example, yellow dye #2 or red dye #4! Who cares what color a supplement is?

Nutraceuticals are less expensive because they are chemically synthesized or derived from unnatural sources like coal tar. In fact, most of the ingredients in these commercial supplements come from pharmaceutical companies.  Taking high levels of synthetic isolated vitamins is foreign to the body and potentially dangerous.

Several university studies investigating the effects of isolated vitamins like A and E had to be halted because of increased morbidity (illness) and mortality (death) rates in the groups receiving treatment.

Taking commercial sources of supplements is sometimes a complete waste of money because your body can’t dissolve them.  Workers at water treatment plants and portable toilet businesses have said there are vast amounts of un-dissolved supplements they clean out of filters.  Sometimes, they say, you can still read the labels on these highly advertised but nutritionally bankrupt products.

Other products don’t dissolve because they weren’t intended to be swallowed.  Calcium carbonate, for example, commonly comes from rocks or sea shells.  There may be calcium in these supplements but can your body use it?

Taking lower doses of full-spectrum nutrients from organic whole food sources is a superior approach to nutritional supplementation. The whole food supplements I recommend are from Standard Process and MediHerb.

The Standard Process company has provided this type of nutritional product since 1929. These supplements are easily digested and used by the body.  The plants for their supplements are organically grown in rich topsoil, then concentrated with cold processing to maintain the vitality of enzymes and nutrients.  The organ tissues that provide specific nutrients come from animals raised and processed healthfully and humanely.

What supplements should you take? In the past, most health care practitioners used a “one size fits all” approach to nutritional supplementation. Now, advanced health care practitioners can design a personalized supplement regimen for you and your loved ones. Two of the best include Applied Kinesiology (icakusa.com) and Nutrition Response Testing(unsinc.info).

These nutritional-based health care approaches provide the most accurate and comprehensive means of determining designed nutrition, that is, the specific products a person needs and in what amounts. In the hands of a skilled evaluator, this is state-of–the-art personalized nutritional testing. Many people have healed themselves from many common mental and physical ailments using this approach.
Most people need a therapeutic regimen of vitamins, minerals and specific nutrients to counteract deficiencies of the entire body or certain organs.  Once these deficiencies have been addressed, a few maintenance supplements cover many nutritional bases and help keep people function optimally.

People who are more sensitive and have higher, more refined energy may need less food and less supplementation.  I learned this after working with numerous “sensitive” women who did a lot of yoga or other spiritual practices and had extrasensory perceptive abilities.

In addition, some people need supplementation for deficiencies of stomach acid, digestive enzymes, and bowel flora—good bacteria and yeast.

This information may seem overwhelming initially, but it’s not that complicated.  Learning this information can be remarkably life-changing. Once you understand the principles involved, you can prevent and reverse many common symptoms that plague you and your loved ones.

Normal levels of stomach acid are needed for proper food and supplement digestion and absorption. Low levels of gastric acid are common in people over age 40 and very common after age 60.  You read that right!  Contrary to what many drug commercials may lead you to believe, most people have too little acidity in their gastric juices, not too much.

Causes of this condition called hypochloridia include nutritional deficiencies, poor health, drinking too much fluid with meals, and acid-blocking prescription drugs or antacids. If you get indigestion after meals—especially when eating meat—or after taking whole food supplements, you may need additional stomach acidity from products containing betaine hydrochloride.

Digestive enzymes are needed to break down food and assist optimal digestion.  Enzymes are found in living foods, especially pineapple, papaya, raw organic honey, raw cow and goat milk products, raw fruits and vegetables, and certain herbs. But most people don’t eat much from that list.  For various reasons, others can’t.  Digestive enzyme supplements assist restoration of normal levels in the GI tract.

Probiotics provide normal flora—good bacteria and yeast—for healthy digestive tract functioning. The average human body contains about 10 trillion cells.  The average human GI tract contains 20 trillion bacteria and yeast!  Most of these are the “good” kind and help the body function normally in many ways. There are also “bad” flora that are actually helpful when at their proper, relatively much lower, numbers compared to the good strains.

However, an imbalance between the good and the bad microorganisms can occur due to poor diet, antibiotic use, and other factors.  An overgrowth of bad flora and/or deficiency of good flora can cause many common physical and mental symptoms.  The GI tract produces as many neuropeptides—protein messengers that aid nervous system communication—as the brain does.  That’s why GI imbalances can cause “mental” symptoms such as depression, brain fog and anxiety as well as excess gas, bloating, diarrhea, and constipation.

Patients often need one or more products with good bacteria and/or yeast to regain normal microorganism levels and wellness. After that, some people need a low dose maintenance program of healthy bacteria/yeast products, but most don’t once a balance has been reestablished.
