Six Keys for Personal and Planetary Wholeness

Evidence-based information and holistic resources now provide hope, inspiration, and empowerment for humanity.  In the past, much fear, confusion, and imbalance were caused by misunderstandings about the nature of reality as well as lack of information and resources.  Fortunately, more accurate now reveals how life is really set up . . . and it’s all great news!  Further, information and resources are widely available at little or no cost to many people; this can help you and many people:

  • realize your true nature as eternal beings of consciousness / energy / life-force
  • use guidance and assistance from angels, highly evolved assistance, and The Light
  • heal old wounds, release needless fears, and upgrade inaccurate beliefs
  • create the greatest life YOU have envisioned (‘YOU’ = your soul / consciousness)
  • help others by sharing your greatest gifts / soul’s highest purposes
  • make our world a better place with widespread conscious living

Six Keys that make this a practical possibility . . .

1. SoulPhone Project Announcements in 2026 

Gary E. Schwartz PhD, a former Harvard and Yale professor, directed the SoulPhone Project at the University of Arizona’s Laboratory for Advances in Consciousness and Health. In 2026, The SoulPhone Experiments book describing 28 years of university-based scientific laboratory experiments was published.  The data from this research now definitively demonstrate that life continues after bodily death.  

Put another way, replicated and controlled research using advanced hardware and software clearly show that postmaterial persons (the so-called ‘deceased’) have verifiably communicated and collaborated with us.  In late 2026, three scientific journal papers will be published about the controlled, blinded, multi-center, and replicated experiments that provided data for the above statements.

2. Guidance and Assistance from Highly Evolved Assistance and The Light

Some scientific research, much clinical data, and many firsthand experiences indicate that guidance and assistance is available from highly evolved sources. As discussed in his books The Sacred Promise and The SoulPhone Experiments, Dr. Schwartz and his research team have worked with two angels during scientific laboratory experiments. The data from this research show marked results for purported angels compared to postmaterial persons. 

Clinical evidence for this level of help has been reported by researchers in the fields of near-death experiences, life between lives studies, and deathbed visions.  Authentic mediums – whose abilities to accurately sense specific communications from ‘deceased’ persons has been demonstrated in double blind studies – also report angelic presence and assistance.  Many people believe this highly evolved assistance exists because of their religious faith and firsthand experiences. 

From a religious / spiritual viewpoint, this help can be viewed as coming from assistants: saints, angels, guides, and master teachers.  From a more secular perspective, it can be considered as higher energy assistance.  Researchers in the field of survival of consciousness describe the Source of this assistance as One Mind or Cosmic Consciousness.  These terms may be preferable for those who aren’t comfortable with archaic religious images of ‘God’.  To learn more, see articles #13 What Is G.O.D. 3. Knowing ‘The Great News’ and Living Accordingly 

In 2018, we compiled ten indications about the nature of reality that are based on scientific, clinical, and experiential evidence.  This ‘Great News’ is that you and everyone else:

   * are beings of consciousness / energy who continue living after your earthly body dies. 

   * can sense and visit with ‘deceased’ loved ones now and after you pass on.

   * are integral, eternal, and beloved parts of Source Energy / The Light now.

   * receive guidance, assistance, and love from angels, guides, and master teachers.

   * are sacredly interconnected with all people, animals, and nature.

   * have special purposes for participating in this earthly experience now.

   * may simultaneously manifest in other space-time realities now and after death.

   * have everything you need – no matter what your past or current circumstances – to enjoy the greatest life YOU have envisioned.  (YOU = your higher self / soul)

   * can find peace, joy, meaning, growth, and opportunities for loving service amidst your toughest changes and challenges.

   * create the quality of your life – whether experiencing that on earth or beyond – via your predominant thoughts, words and actions.

After learning these evidence-based indications, ‘living accordingly’ will vary for different people.  However, as demonstrated by many near-death experiencers and others with spiritually transformative experiences, knowing more about the big picture of life can radically and sustainedly change everything for the better.  To learn about the evidence behind these indications, see article #19 ‘The Great News’ about the Nature of Reality.


4. Stellar organizations that assist widespread conscious living

Higher-energy oriented organizations can, especially when working together, create much more peace, joy, and wholeness on earth.  For some people, these organizations include religious / spiritual groups that resonate with their deeply held beliefs and intentions.  We recommend groups with open-minded and loving teachings and outreaches.

5. People who have awakened to the greater reality

Many people have gone through transformative experiences that can be described as ‘seeing the light, awakening to the big picture of life, and unitive awareness.’  Six categories include:

   a. Near Death Experiencers: NDErs are those who clinically died and were successfully resuscitated. Some of them encountered The Light and saw more of the greater reality and how wonderfully life is set up.  They returned to earth with profound and lasting upgrades to their thoughts, beliefs, words, and actions.  Millennia ago, Plato advised that leaders come from the ranks of NDErs . . . a remarkably wise vision during that era.  I agree that they provide much hope for the upcoming shift to widespread personal and global peace and well-being.  (To learn more, read article #94 Near Death Experiences)  

   b. Shining Light Parents: This term describes bereaved parents who know their ‘departed’ children are alive and well. These parents stay alert for signs and visits from their kids while developing different but very meaningful relationships with them.  The resulting heightened energy empowers these parents to take higher paths as they choose to find, use, and share silver linings that accompany adversity.  Their enlightened focus creates more meaning to their child’s life and passing while helping others.  They are some of the most joyful, peaceful, and loving activists I’ve worked with.  (HelpingParentsHeal.org) 

   c. Spiritually Transformative Experiencers: This term describes people who became more aware of the magnificent nature of reality and their lofty role in it after one or more triggers. Examples of these triggers include NDE-like events, shared crossings, religious revelations, the birth of a child, the passing of a loved one, and more.  That these triggers range so widely supports the old saying ‘When the student is ready, the teacher appears.’  (article #17 Spiritually Transformative Experiences)

   d. ‘The 15%ers’: This term describes the approximate percentage of humans who embody intermediate to advanced levels of soul-energy / consciousness. Based on data from the clinical  Life Between Lives research pioneered by Michael Newton PhD, 15%ers often want to share their greatest gifts.  They may experience an existential malaise / creative discontent until they remember who they are, why they’re here, and fulfill their highest purposes.  (article #98 Life Between Lives and #117 Are You a More Evolved Soul?) 

   e. Extra-Sensory Perceivers: This category includes those with enhanced sensory and/or cognitive abilities. One example is the group of nonverbal autistics highlighted by Ky Dickens and professionals in her podcast The Telepathy Tapes.  These children, who often cannot speak at all, have amazing abilities of telepathy, precognition, and seeing ‘departed’ persons.  Another group is evidential mediums who see, hear, feel, and/or know information from people and pets who have passed on.  (article #6 Evidential Mediums)

   f. Recovering Persons: I use this term since some people who have been sober from drugs and/or alcohol for many years still consider themselves to be recovering versus recovered. I’ve known or heard about many people who, after starting a recovery program, became impressive forces for good.  Some empathic, sensitive, and evolved people try to numb out and cope with earth’s challenges by overusing drugs and alcohol.  A variety of ’12 Step Programs’ such as Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous can help people find the love, support, and meaning they were searching for in the wrong places.  (#64 Drugs, Alcohol, and Greater Reality Living)


6. Transformative information and resources are now widely available

Until recently on a historical timeline, vital information and holistic resources were available to relatively few people.  The internet now provides this easily, quickly, and inexpensively or for free.  (It is, of course, prudent to use discernment about the source of this information and not get sidetracked while searching for it.)  Organizations and groups listed under #4 above provide information and resources from top experts in the fields of consciousness, afterlife, wellness, optimal living, planetary peace, and more.
